How to Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request account deletion directly from the app.

Before You Delete

Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted:

• All your conversations and chat history will be permanently removed
• All uploaded files and workspace data will be deleted
• Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
• Your credits balance will be forfeited
• Connected services (Google, GitHub, Slack) will be disconnected
• If you are a team owner, you must transfer ownership or delete the team first

How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to request account deletion:

Step 1: Open Settings

• Web: Go to Settings and scroll down to the Delete Account section
• iOS: Tap your profile icon at the bottom of the sidebar, then tap Delete Account

Step 2: Confirm and Submit

• Review the list of data that will be deleted
• Check the box confirming you understand this action is permanent
• Optionally provide a reason for leaving
• Tap Send Deletion Request

Step 3: Processing

Our team will process your request within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.
